Refund policy


  • Returns are only allowed for defective goods, generally only for vibrating items.
  • Returns are not allowed for: change of mind, unsatisfied with product/result, size concerns owing to the intimate nature of our products.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Pelvic Floor Shop will not cover replacement costs or refunds in the case of incorrect mailing address. Please check your mailing address is correct for all products before submitting your order.
  • Defective units must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order to qualify for free shipping – if over 30 days, Pelvic Floor Shop will not cover shipping cost.
  • Pelvic Floor Shop will honor ALL manufacture warranty time frames (typically 1-5 years).
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we can process the return without needing the defective/damaged item sent back to us (this is in most cases – we will let you know if an item is in fact needing to be returned).
  • Pelvic Floor Shop can either send a replacement item or issue a credit to your account for the item.
  • Please send an email to support@pelvicfloorshop.com with the Invoice or Order # and a brief explanation of the issue (photos of the issue are highly encouraged). Please also specify if you’d like a REPLACEMENT or CREDIT as the resolution.
  • International Order Policy: Pelvic Floor Shop cannot be held liable for any warranty or damage claims for shipments outside of the US due to the various customs departments and mail carriers that come in contact with the items and the package. All shipping costs for returns or replacements on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Pelvic Floor Shop does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments.
