The Kegel ball diameter in this kit is slightly larger (1.3" or 35mm) than Lelo MINI (1.1" or 29mm) allowing for the ball to be more easily retained within the vaginal canal for standing Kegel exercises for pelvic floor strengthening.

How to use Lelo Beads White
Lelo Beads are easily inserted (similar to inserting a tampon but not as deep) to sit above the pelvic floor muscles. Active Kegel exercises can then be performed with Lelo Beads to promote pelvic floor muscle strengthening.
Lelo Beads can be used either individually or positioned in the small girdle to promote further pelvic floor strengthening using combinations of the balls.
When combined, the following weighted progressions are possible:
- .09oz or 28g (one pink ball)
- 1.3oz or 37g (one blue ball)
- 2oz or 56g (two pink balls)
- 2.2oz or 65g (one pink and one blue ball)
